Send Me the product, size, quantity and finish you require, along with your delivery postcode and any deadline.

Let him know whether you are supplying print-ready artwork or need help with the design. If you’re unsure what to choose, he can advise.

Artwork and design

If you need artwork created, supply the exact wording you want to use, along with any images, logos and design preferences.

New customers must pay for artwork before design work begins. Regular, trusted customers may be exempt from this requirement.

A proof will be sent for you to check and request any amendments.

Check your proof and order details

Before approving, please carefully check:

Your proof, including spelling, contact details, images and layout.
Your invoice, including the product specification and quantity.
Your delivery details, including the name, address, postcode and contact number.

Your confirmation is required before the order can be processed. Please read and reply to the confirmation request, even if you have already paid.

Making payment

Payment is by bank transfer, using the payment details supplied on your invoice.

Your print order will be processed once payment has been received and you have confirmed your proof, invoice and delivery details.

Invoice validity

Invoices are valid for 7 days. Prices and offers can change, so an unpaid invoice that expires may need to be requoted.
