See the Difference for Yourself
I have included my original wording first, followed by the AI-assisted rewrite, so you can compare the two.
I supply the thoughts and experience, and AI helps me present them more clearly. In this example, it also corrected a technical point about image resolution and added a reminder that proofreading still needs a human check.

How I use AI at MF Trade Print
Re writing posts this generally would include blog posts for information and adverts, checking spelling (proof reading) on final proofs, creating artwork for use on my adverts.
Re Writing Posts
For me this is a brilliant tool to use as it puts things in clearer simpler writing, so it is easily read and understand. This includes posts I add to facebook, it will then re write that post for use on my website blog. Which saves me so much time and words it way better than I ever could.
Proof Reading (were needed)
It is always good to have that second pair of eyes as it where to look over a final proof, Ai is perfect for this purpose as it gives you peace of mind before something goes to print. You can even upload the original image or text and it will compare information like email address phone numbers etc are indeed the same ew on the original and the new proof.
Creating Artwork
I use it to create adverts as it does this fast, simply and cleanly. I do ask it to add my own product examples so its not 100% AI generated.
This is an important one – My advice and indeed AI’s advice is not to use it to create artwork for printing as a rule AI creates image work at 96 dpi which is perfect for online use, but not for printing especially large format as the larger you go the lower the DPI. An image can look good on screen but still need work before printing. Resolution, bleed, text and logo quality all need checking. Saving it as a PDF alone doesn’t improve the image quality.
AI-Assisted Rewrite
How I Use AI at MF Trade Print
AI has become a useful tool in my everyday work at MF Trade Print. I use it to rewrite posts, help check proofs and create artwork for my online adverts. It saves me time and helps me communicate more clearly.
Rewriting Posts
For me, this is one of its biggest benefits. I write what I want to say, then ask AI to make the wording clearer, simpler and easier to understand.
This includes information posts and adverts for Facebook. I can then ask it to adapt the same text for my website or blog, saving me time writing each version separately.
The thoughts and information are still mine—AI helps me put them into words.
Proofreading
It is always useful to have a second pair of eyes look over a final proof before it goes to print.
AI can help spot spelling mistakes and compare a proof against the original text or image. This is useful when checking details such as email addresses and phone numbers.
It is an extra check, though, and it can still miss mistakes. I check the artwork myself, and customers still need to check and approve their final proof.
Creating Artwork for Online Adverts
I also use AI to help create adverts quickly, with clear layouts and eye-catching visuals.
Where needed, I ask it to include my own product examples, so the advert combines AI-created elements with examples of the print I supply.
An Important Point About Printing
Using AI to create an online advert is different from producing artwork ready for print.
My advice is to have AI-generated artwork checked before sending it to print, especially for large-format work. An image can look good on screen but still need adjustments before it will print properly.
AI images do not all have the same resolution. What matters is how many pixels the image contains and how large it needs to be printed. Enlarging the same image spreads those pixels over a bigger area, which can reduce sharpness.
Resolution, bleed, text and logo quality all need checking. Simply saving an image as a PDF does not improve its quality or make it ready for print.
