IMPORTANT NOTICE – NEW ARTWORK POLICY & ARTWORK ONLY INFORMATION
Hi everyone,
Due to an increase in customers requesting artwork/design work and then not proceeding with payment, I’ve unfortunately had to introduce a new policy for all new customers.
From now on, all artwork must be invoiced and paid for upfront before any design work begins.
If artwork has previously been completed but remains unpaid, any further orders will be PRINT ONLY until the outstanding artwork has been paid for.
This isn’t something I wanted to introduce, as I’ve always preferred to work on trust, but unfortunately I now need to protect the time that goes into creating artwork and designs.
Regular, trusted customers – this will not affect you.
